Summary
· No sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number.
· Your trips, photos and notes stay on your device and are never sent to our servers.
· The app requests no device permissions at all. It only receives photos you pick yourself in the system photo picker.
· Location is resolved to country/region only — not your city or device model.
· We collect anonymous usage statistics and crash reports to improve the app.
· We show no ads and we do not sell your information.
Yoni.Gyun ("the Developer") operates the Yeohaengcheop mobile application, formerly TripTable ("the App"). This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used. In case of any discrepancy, the Korean version is the authoritative text.
The App does not collect:
Trip names, destinations, dates, itinerary items, notes, accommodation and transport details that you enter, and the photos you attach to your itinerary, are stored only in your device's local storage. They are never transmitted to the Developer's servers or to any third party, and the Developer cannot access them.
If you have Android's automatic backup enabled, your trips and notes may be backed up to your own Google account. That transfer takes place between you and Google; the Developer has no access to those backups. Photo copies are excluded from automatic backup. To move photos to another device, use the export feature described below.
The export feature in Settings bundles your trips, notes and photo copies into a single file (zip) saved to a location you choose in the Android system file picker. Import reads a file you choose and adds its trips to the App. Both happen entirely on your device and never pass through the Developer's servers. You are in control of storing, sharing and deleting exported files; because they contain your trip data in full, take care when sharing them with others.
The "save as image" feature writes the generated image to your device's gallery only. It is not uploaded anywhere. It leaves your device only if you explicitly choose to share it, and only to the app you select.
To improve the App and fix errors, the following is collected automatically through Google LLC's Firebase services.
| Data | Collected by | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Advertising identifier (AAID), device identifiers | Google Analytics for Firebase | Producing usage statistics without double-counting | Up to 14 months |
| Country/region, language, platform and major OS version | Google Analytics for Firebase | Understanding which environments to support | Up to 14 months |
| IP address | Google Analytics for Firebase | Used only to derive country/region. Not stored afterwards | Not stored |
| App usage events (screens viewed, feature usage counts, timestamps) | Google Analytics for Firebase | Understanding which features are actually used | Up to 14 months |
| Crash reports (error location, device state, installation identifier) | Firebase Crashlytics | Diagnosing and fixing errors | Up to 90 days |
These records never contain the content of your trips. The values transmitted are content-free metrics such as "an itinerary item was added", "an image was saved", "N photos were added", or "how many days a trip spans". Text you enter — trip names, destinations, notes — and the photos themselves are never sent in any field.
Google Analytics' "granular location and device data collection" setting is turned off. As a result, the following are not collected:
Location is resolved only to country and region level; the city you are in is neither collected nor stored. The App requests no permission to access your device's location services such as GPS.
The Developer does not sell your information and does not provide it to third parties for advertising purposes. The App contains no advertising.
The data described in section 2 is processed by:
Information may be disclosed where required by law, such as in response to a lawful request from a public authority.
The data in section 2 is transferred to and processed by Google LLC in the United States and other countries where Google operates servers. Where required by applicable law, Google applies recognised transfer safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country of residence. If you do not want this transfer, you can stop collection using the methods in section 6.
Data described in section 2 is deleted automatically by Google once the retention period listed there expires. Trips, notes and photo copies stored on your device are deleted when you delete them in the App or uninstall the App. Files you created with the export feature live outside the App and must be deleted by you.
You can exercise the following directly:
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To make such a request, contact the Developer at the address in section 8.
Please note: the data in section 2 is processed in statistical form and keyed to identifiers that do not directly identify you. Locating or deleting one individual's records may therefore be technically impracticable. Where that is the case, the Developer will act to the extent verification is possible and will explain the limitation.
The Developer does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. California residents may exercise their rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and will not be discriminated against for doing so, by contacting the Developer at the address in section 8.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 14, or such higher age as may be required by the law applicable to you, and the Developer does not knowingly collect their personal information. If the Developer learns that such information has been collected, it will be deleted promptly. If you believe a child's information has been collected, please contact the Developer.
If this policy changes, the changes and their effective date will be posted on this page. Material changes, or changes unfavourable to users, will be posted at least 7 days before they take effect. The policy will also be updated before any expansion of what is collected — for example, if advertising is ever introduced into the App.
